Tire Pressure Monitoring System (T.P.M.S.)

A Tire Pressure Monitoring System (T.P.M.S.) is an electronic system designed to monitor the air pressure inside the tires on automobiles. T.P.M.S. equipment reports real-time tire pressure information to the driver of the vehicle— by a gauge, a picture display, or a simple low-pressure warning light in the vehicle’s instrument panel.

TPMS equipment alerts the driver when tire pressure is low. The system can be indirect (part of the anti-lock brake system) or direct (provides separate sensors/transmitters for each tire).

Servicing tire and wheel assembly with direct TPMS equipment requires special care and expertise. Our skilled technicians have the knowledge and experience to maintain and service your vehicle’s TPMS system to ensure the safety of your family.

NOTE: Some TPMS systems require dealer service.
